Rumor Reveals New Creatures In Star Wars Episode VIII

Luke might not be alone in Ahch-To after all..

This post contains possible spoilers for Episode VII

New rumours claim that there is life in Ahch-To, other than our friendly hermit Luke. makingstarwars.net says that there is a band of small creatures accompanying Luke on the island. They’re said to be based on the puffin birds living in the island, where the ending of Force Awakens was filmed, but they are given the Star Wars feel to them. The puffins apparently see themselves as the protectors of the island, but allow Luke to stay there. But Rey is a completely another thing..

Making Star Wars Says this about the creatures:”Rumor has it the creatures have razor sharp teeth and are a mixture of the terrifying and the adorable. They’re sort of like a bird mixed with a Gremlin. Someone once said it was like the Star Wars version of a Furby, but the look and feel is so Star Wars they loved it. Basically combine a puffin, a Furby, and Star Wars it up and you have yourself an idea of what this creature is.  They’re tiny–maybe 15 inches tall or so. I was apprehensive when I first heard “Furby,” but no one speaking of the design has anything bad to say about it. In fact, those that have seen the tiny puppets on set are overjoyed by their presence in the film. ”

These might be only minor spoilers and could very well turn out to be fake, but let’s respect everyone who wants to see the movie 100% spoiler free, and not share this anywhere without giving a spoiler warning.
